These Membership and Subscription Terms supplement the Terms of Use and control any inconsistency concerning billing, renewal, cancellation, or refunds.

Membership Plans

Monthly plans require an initial three-month commitment and are billed monthly at $39.99 per month for Professional or $59.99 per month for Professional Pro, plus applicable taxes. Annual plans cost $399 per year for Professional or $599 per year for Professional Pro, are prepaid annually, and do not require an additional three-month commitment.

The features, usage limits, and other benefits included with each membership plan are disclosed on the Membership page and at checkout. The plan details presented to and accepted by the member at checkout form part of these Membership and Subscription Terms.

Connect2Close may add, modify, or discontinue features, subject to the paid-service protections below.

No guarantee that a particular number or quality of matches will always be available. Match limits describe available access, not a promised supply of qualified members.

Billing

Monthly and annual subscription options are available at the prices stated above and disclosed at checkout.

Membership fees are charged in advance for the applicable billing period.

Accepted payment methods and all applicable taxes and mandatory charges will be disclosed at checkout.

Automatic recurring billing applies only with the member’s express informed consent.

The member authorizes charges to the payment method on file for the disclosed purchase, agreed initial installments, and expressly authorized renewals.

If a payment fails, Connect2Close may notify the member, retry amounts lawfully due, and suspend access for nonpayment. A retry may not impose a canceled renewal charge.

Automatic Renewal

After the initial three-month term, monthly memberships automatically renew monthly until renewal is canceled.

Annual memberships automatically renew annually unless renewal is canceled.

Cancellation

Members may cancel automatic renewal at any time through their account on the same website used to enroll, or by emailing Info@connect2close.co.

Cancellation immediately stops future renewal charges. Separately disclosed and agreed installments for the initial three-month term remain due, except where applicable law provides otherwise.

Members may choose immediate profile removal or removal at the end of the paid term. Profile removal alone does not cancel billing.

Connect2Close will provide confirmation of cancellation and identify any remaining agreed initial installments.

Cancellation will prevent the next automatic renewal. Membership benefits will remain available through the end of the current paid billing period or the initial term as its agreed installments are paid, unless the member requests earlier account closure.

Refund Policy

Membership and subscription fees are generally non-refundable once charged, except where otherwise required by applicable law.

This policy does not permit duplicate, unauthorized, or post-cancellation renewal charges. Material reduction of core paid features during a committed term permits cancellation of the affected service and a refund of its unused prepaid portion.

Upgrades

Professional to Professional Pro: The member must approve the additional charge before an upgrade.

The member pays the disclosed prorated difference for the remainder of the billing period; any increase in remaining initial installments must also be expressly accepted.

An upgrade does not restart the initial minimum term unless separately agreed.

Downgrades

Professional Pro to Professional: A downgrade takes effect on the next renewal date after completion of the initial three-month term or prepaid annual term.

The member retains Professional Pro benefits through the end of the current paid billing period.

Annual → Monthly / Monthly → Annual

A change between annual and monthly billing takes effect at the end of the existing committed term unless the member expressly accepts a disclosed earlier conversion and credit for unused prepaid service.

Price Changes

Connect2Close may change membership pricing on at least 30 days’ advance notice, effective at future renewal. Changes do not affect an existing prepaid term or fixed initial commitment. Any additional notice or consent required by law will be provided.

Promotional/Introductory Pricing

Promotional or introductory pricing, if offered, will identify its duration and the price payable afterward.

The amount and date of any later charge, and the deadline and method to avoid a trial conversion or renewal, must be disclosed before acceptance.

Suspension & Termination

Connect2Close may suspend or terminate membership for a material violation of the Terms, including:

• Fraud or misrepresentation
• False professional/licensing information
• Harassment
• Misuse of the platform
• Sharing accounts
• Violating Community Guidelines
• Improper solicitation/spam
• Failure to pay
• Other violations of the Terms

Upon termination, future renewal charges will stop. If Connect2Close terminates paid access without the member’s material breach or discontinues the paid service, it will refund the unused prepaid portion and cancel unearned remaining installments, subject to any greater rights required by law.

No Guarantee of Results

Membership does not guarantee:

• A certain number of matches
• A particular compatibility score
• That another member will respond
• That a member will agree to work together
• Loan volume
• Revenue
• Employment
• Successful business relationships

Connect2Close will provide enrollment disclosures, express consent, cancellation methods, and renewal notices required by applicable law.
