Gina Wariebi began her mortgage career in 2002 as a Loan Originator. After more than two decades working across nearly every stage of the loan process, her experience—and the relationships she built along the way—became the inspiration for Connect2Close.

Gina founded the AIME Processing Committee and currently serves as Chair, helping develop best practices and support processing professionals nationwide.

Today, Gina has worked with virtually every type of loan while collaborating with countless loan officers, processors, underwriters, and borrowers. She continues to coach and mentor mortgage professionals every day.
After years of watching talented professionals struggle to find the right business partners through referrals, Facebook groups, and chance introductions, Gina knew there had to be a better way.
